Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

- Extra-Strong Suitcases
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with these items before making a purchase, as they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by IT Luggage Store.
